Propriedades da função φ de Euler e a fórmula de inversão de Möbius

Neste trabalho estudaremos algumas propriedades da função φ de Euler, µ de Möbius e a fórmula de inversão de Möbius usando a abordagem dada pelo matemático e astrônomo alemão August Ferdinand Möbius (1790-1868). Tal abordagem mostra que podemos explicitar uma função aritmética em termos de uma outra, definida  a partir da primeira e da função de Möbius. Determinaremos condições para que tais propriedades se verifiquem.

In this work we will study some properties of φ Euler function, µ Möbius and the inversion formula of Möbius using the approach given by the German mathematician and astronomer August Ferdinand Möbius ( 1790-1868 ). This approach shows we can explain an arithmetic function in terms of a another set from the first and the Möbius function. We will determine conditions for such properties occur.
