Relações parentais: e depois que os laços são desfeitos?

O presente trabalho discute as relações parentais após a dissolução do vínculo conjugal. Tem por objetivo principal compreender o funcionamento e desenrolar dessas relações quando os membros formadores da entidade familiar, sob qualquer configuração, seguem seus caminhos após a dissolução conjugal. Para isso fez-se necessário um percurso histórico no que tange a concepção de família, desde a antiguidade aos tempos modernos, considerando as outras configurações familiares e o sentido de família para a psicologia. Assim como, a separação conjugal e seus efeitos para a família e nas relações parentais, partindo do ato do casamento até a separação ou divórcio. Também será discutido o exercício da parentalidade, a manutenção e preservação desta, através de meios judiciais e consensuais. Por fim a compreensão das relações parentais após a separação conjugal. O desenvolvimento deste trabalho seguiu preceitos importantes das ciências jurídicas e psicológica, tendo em vista que o objeto de estudo é o ser humano, portanto os aspectos jurídicos e subjetivos estão interligados para a observação assertiva.

This paper discusses parental relationships after the dissolution of the conjugal bond. Its main purpose is to understand the functioning and development of these relationships when the members forming the family entity, in any configuration, follow their paths after the conjugal dissolution. In order to do this, it was necessary to take a historical course regarding the conception of the family, from ancient times to modern times, considering the other familiar configurations and the sense of family for psychology. As well as, marital separation and its effects for the family and in the parental relationships, starting from the act of marriage until the separation or divorce. It will also be discussed the exercise of parenthood, the maintenance and preservation of this, through judicial and consensual means. Finally, the understanding of parental relationships after marital separation. The development of this work followed important precepts of the legal and psychological sciences, considering that the object of study is the human being, therefore the legal and subjective aspects are interconnected for the assertive observation.
