A (in) visibilidade da mulher negra dentro do movimento feminista brasileira
Neste artigo discuto como a categoria raça vem sendo tratada dentro do movimento feminista ao longo dos anos, bem como a existência de práticas que propiciaram a visibilidade e a invisibilidade da mulher negra dentro feminismo. As análises feitas neste artigo são decorrentes de levantamento bibliográfico em fontes diversas e posterior reflexão crítica sobre tais materiais, à luz do acervo teórico que fundamenta o estudo, sendo este um método exploratório de construção de conhecimento e por se atrelar perfeitamente aos objetivos do texto esta escolha foi feita. É de conhecimento geral que nem sempre o movimento feminista abraçou a causa da mulher negra, vivemos em uma sociedade muito desigual onde, infelizmente, as relações sociais seguem o mesmo modelo, assim, por muitos anos se pensou que a irmandade feminina representasse uma só necessidade para as mulheres: combate ao machismo, porém com o amadurecimento do movimento e das próprias mulheres negras, observou-se que enquanto as mulheres brancas lutam por direitos iguais, as mulheres negras lutam para serem reconhecidas como seres humanos.
In this article discuss how the race category has been treated within the feminist movement over the years, as well as the existence of practices that have provided the visibility and invisibility of black women within feminism. The analyzes made in this article are the result of a bibliographical survey in diverse sources and subsequent critical reflection on such materials, in light of the theoretical collection that bases the study, being this an exploratory method of knowledge construction and for perfectly matching the objectives of the text this choice was made. It is common knowledge that the feminist movement has not always embraced the cause of the black woman, we live in a very unequal society where, unfortunately, social relations follow the same pattern, so for many years it was thought that the female brotherhood represented a single need for women: against machismo, but with the maturing of the movement and of black women themselves, it was observed that while white women fight for equal rights, black women struggle to be recognized as human beings.
