Matuto fingidor: uma leitura da persona poética em Zé da Luz

A partir da leitura de dois livros do poeta popular Zé de Luz (Brasil Caboclo e O Sertão em carne e osso), o presente trabalho busca tecer observações sobre procedimentos de fingimento poético e sobre a construção de uma poesia popular no texto poeta paraibano. Trabalhando sobre imagens de uma terra seca, de pessoas sofridas e de linguajar matuto, Zé da Luz deu vida a certo modo de regionalismo, presente também na segunda geração modernista, da qual é contemporâneo. Nas análises empreendidas, apostamos que a dicção matuta, em Zé da Luz, é uma escolha e um procedimento e não uma coisa da qual não pode fugir. O poeta trabalha, assim, na construção de uma persona poética, fato atestado, especialmente, pela presença de outros poemas em que a dicção e o vocabulário matuto não se faz presente. A poesia é, então, não apenas um dizer(-se) mas também um trabalho de construção desse dizer. O aporte teórico se baseia em ABREU (1999), ALBUQUERQUE JUNIOR (2011) e DIÉGUES JÚNIOR (2012).

From the reading of two books by the popular poet Zé de Luz (Brazil Caboclo and O Sertao in flesh and blood), the present work seeks to make observations on procedures of poetic pretense and on the construction of a mathematic poetry in the text poet from Paraíba. Working on images of a dry land, suffering people and language matuto, Zé da Luz gave life to a certain way of regionalism, present also in the second modernist generation, of which it is contemporary. In the analysis undertaken, we bet that matuta diction, in Zé da Luz, is a choice and a procedure and not something that can not escape. The poet thus works in the construction of a poetic persona, a fact attested, especially, by the presence of other poems in which diction and matuto vocabulary are not present. Poetry is, then, not only a saying but also a work of construction of this saying. The theoretical contribution is based on ABREU (1999), ALBUQUERQUE JUNIOR (2011) and DIÉGUES JÚNIOR (2012).
