<sayonaracaribe@gmail.com>
This work attempts to understand the phenomenon of Child Labor in capitalism, as one of the expressions of the social question. Thus it will be possible to analyze the development of the industry and the emergence of a "new poverty" never glimpsed in other societies, because it does not derive from the scarcity of food, but it is the result of the contradictions inherent in the reproduction of capital, which makes it through the Exploitation of the workforce of men, women and children. For This purpose, the Marxist critical-dialectical analysis is used in the search to apprehend the object in its entirety; Unveing the foundations of alienation of child labor, as well as the ways of coping with the social question. Based on the General Law of Capitalist Accumulation, it is possible to conceive the determinants for the use of the workforce of children in sustaining the capitalist society, strengthening the exploratory relationship between capital and work. It Will also be analyzed official reports of National and International Organizations, such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), thus accessing the data that point out the directions that this social phenomenon assumes in contemporaneity, its different Manifestations and possible causes of its persistence in the 21ST century. After This understanding, we also explore the role that the State occupies in this scenario in the face of the current crisis and the forms of coping that it assumes with regard to the struggle for the eradication of child labor, through mainly Public Policies and Programs As the Child Labor Eradication Program (PETI).
