A estigmatização da deficiência física nas redes sociais

Este trabalho tem o objetivo geral de compreender como as redes sociais tem contribuído para promover a desestigmatização da deficiência física, sob a perspectiva do Construcionismo Social. Além de entender o que é deficiência física; identificar nas redes sociais como a deficiência física aparece; analisar, sob a perspectiva do Construcionismo Social, como as redes sociais, Facebook e Instagram produzem sentidos de estigmatização ou desestigmatização da deficiência física. Apresenta um estudo sobre estigmas acerca da deficiência física, mediante a perspectiva do Construcionismo Social. Um tema relevante para os dias atuais, visto que o deficiente físico ainda vivencia a sua estigmatização, sofrendo preconceitos pela sua situação física. Diante da evolução das tecnologias de comunicação e o avanço da internet depara-se com meios de disseminar essa desconstrução social, por isso a importância do tema apresentado. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos a metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, de cunho qualitativa, baseado em estudiosos da temática. Com a realização do estudo foi possível concluir que as redes sociais, fazendo referências ao Facebook e ao Instagram é uma ferramenta que contribui para desestigmatizar a deficiência física, tendo em vista o alcance de usuários que possuem, disseminando as informações. Espera-se que o mesmo contribua para ampliar o estudo acerca do tema e servir para futuros trabalhos acadêmicos sobre a temática. 

This work the general objective is to understand how social networks have contributed to promote the de-stigmatization of physical disabilities, from the perspective of Social Constructionism. In addition to understanding what physical disability is; identify on social networks how physical disability appears; to analyze, from the perspective of Social Constructionism, how social networks, Facebook and Instagram produce meanings of stigmatization or de-stigmatization of physical disabilities. Presents a study on stigmas about physical disability, from the perspective of social constructionism. A relevant topic for the present day, since the physically handicapped person still experiences his stigmatization, suffering prejudices due to his physical situation. In view of the evolution of communication technologies and the advancement of the internet, there are ways to disseminate this social deconstruction, hence the importance of the theme presented. To achieve the proposed objectives, the methodology used was bibliographic research, of qualitative nature, based on scholars of the theme. With the realization of the study it was possible to conclude that social networks, making references to Facebook and Instagram, is a tool that contributes to destigmatize physical disability, in view of the reach of users who have it, disseminating information. He hopes that it will contribute to expand the study on the theme and serve for future academic work on the theme.
