Reestruturação produtiva e neoliberalismo: metamorfoses e precarização do mundo do trabalho

Na atualidade há uma ofensiva do capitalismo sobre as conquistas dos trabalhadores. O presente trabalho monográfico aborda a crise capitalista e a reestruturação produtiva, identificando os impactos sobre o mundo do trabalho. Tem como objetivo analisar a dinâmica da sociedade burguesa e as características das crises continuadamente presentes e como elas repercutem e intensificam precarização das condições de vida e trabalho. Em especial, estuda o processo de reestruturação produtiva no contexto de capitalismo flexível e neoliberalismo. Como fundamentação teóricometodológica optou-se pela perspectiva materialista histórico dialético de Marx que apreende o objeto em uma perspectiva de totalidade, apreendendo as múltiplas determinações. Foi utilizado a pesquisa bibliográfica. O estudo revela que o impacto da reestruturação produtiva afeta direta e indiretamente a organização do trabalhador enquanto classe socialmente integrada nas relações capital e trabalho. Observa-se, a necessidade de ampliar novas formas de relações de trabalho, no sentido de garantir o direito ao trabalho. 

At present there is an offensive by capitalism on the achievements of workers. This monographic work addresses the capitalist crisis and productive restructuring, identifying the impacts on the world of work. Its objective is to analyze the dynamics of bourgeois society and the characteristics of the continuously present crises and how they affect and intensify the precariousness of living and working conditions. In particular, it studies the process of productive restructuring in the context of flexible capitalism and neoliberalism. As a theoretical-methodological foundation, Marx's dialectical historical materialist perspective was chosen, which apprehends the object in a perspective of totality, apprehending multiple determinations. Bibliographic research was used. The study reveals that the impact of productive restructuring directly and indirectly affects the organization of the worker as a socially integrated class in capital and labor relations. There is a need to expand new forms of work relationships, in order to guarantee the right to work.
