exploração do trabalho.
The present Course Conclusion Paper (TCC) entitled “The illness of women and the right to health:
some notes from the perspective of the exploitation of work” presents a study on the health of working
women in the face of the development processes and contradictions of capitalism. It is our objective to
rescue the foundations that provided the need for the incorporation of women's work in the large
industry, as well as we propose to identify and analyze the conditions of working women in the current
context, emphasizing their living conditions and the process of illness through the interaction
exploitation of work and services in the private household. As a methodology, we use a theoretical
methodological framework based on bibliographic and documentary review. Enabling reflections
according to the assumptions of Marx (1996), Campos and Teixeira (2010), Braz (2019), Gomes and
Tanaka (2003) and Saffioti (1973) among other authors. Finally, we observe the approximations and
distances between legislation and reality, asking questions about the conditions of women in capitalist
society from the perspective of the exploitation of work.
