During
the course completion work, the history
of algebra will be presented, in this way, several very important characters for its
genesis, evolution and maintenance will be emphasized, in order to make the history of algebraic
identities as simple and understandable. Similarly, some problems will emerge,
since as knowledge grows, many paradigms
are questioned, thus, it is necessary to show the root and progression of algebraic knowledge. Subordinated to this, the
investigation of algebraic identities becomes clear. In this way, many
algebraic identities will be
specified, as well as the means by which it was necessary to go in order to
reach a certain objective, such as
the work of mathematicians and researchers, in addition to scientific revolutions, in order to overcome
paradigms. In addition, it will also be essential to show basic mathematical issues, such as factorization and remarkable products, which we can mention: the square
of the sum of two terms, the difference of two squares, square of the
difference of two terms, square of the sum of three terms, cube of the sum of two terms, cube of the difference of two terms, sum of two cubes, difference
of two cubes, cube of the sum of three terms. Then, we will relate this context to the symmetric polynomials of
degrees 2 and 3 and verify some interesting results
through the algebraic indentities and the symmetric polynomials of degrees 2 and
3. Consequently, it is essential that the student have good bibliographic
references in their hands. , in order
to reliably reproduce the beautiful evolutionary history of algebra,
since all the analytical development of the TCC is based on
knowing the approached subject. Furthermore, the excellence of the work is achieved when it manages
to mix technical and historical knowledge, that is, showing the importance of interdisciplinarity. Therefore, the salgebraic identities and the symmetric polynomials of degrees
2 and 3 show their
multiformities of knowledge areas.
