As análises
computacionalSTMD - SPECKLE-THSP-MCO-DESCRITORES onde selecionou a linha 100
gerada a Matriz Co-ocorrência (MCO).
Tabebuia aurea Mart.
The Biospeckle technique has been used
as a tool for analyzing the activity of biological materials, monitoring
moisture, activity level and presence of parasites, through the illumination of
the material by a low power laser source. As it is a non-destructive technique,
the Biospeckle is an advantageous tool in fast procedures and with great
precision, especially in the analysis of biological systems. The objective of
this research was to characterize the morphophysiology of Tabebuia aurea Mart.
plants, submitted to water restrictions and the application of particle film
using Biospeckle. The experiment was conducted at the Vegetal Physiology and
Biospeckle Laboratories and in a greenhouse at the Federal University of
Alagoas, Campus Arapiraca. The experimental design was in randomized blocks
(DBC) with 4 treatments [irrigated + presence of film; irrigated + absence of
film; stressed + film presence; stressed + no film] and 4 repetitions for each
treatment. The seeds of Tabebuia aurea Mart. were germinated in polyethylene
pots with a capacity of 3L in a greenhouse for up to 120 days. After 120 days,
the plants were transferred outside the greenhouse under full sun and subjected
to treatments. After the implementation of treatments, evaluations were carried
out for a period of 30 days. Morphological analyzes (height, diameter and
number of leaves) and biological activity (moment of dispersion of intensity -
MDI) and homogeneity in leaves were initiated at time 0, 1, 2, 3, 7, 15 and 30
days. To analyze the biological activity, the Biospeckle technique was applied
using the programs TCAPTURE (3 minutes videos) and PROMPT DE COMMAND (digitize
the command) to convert the videos into images, totaling 360 images (Speckle).
Then, the images were submitted to mathematical and statistical treatments
through the computer image processing software STMD -
SPECKLE-THSP-MCO-DESCRITORES where line 100 was selected to treat all images,
consequently the THSP method was used, and the Co-occurrence Matrix (MCO).
Based on these descriptors, the results obtained from the Intensity Dispersion
Module – MDI and the Homogeneitywere evaluated. The collected data were
subjected to statistical analysis using the SISVAR statistical program, with
significance levels of 5% by the F test and means compared by the Tukey test
(p<0.05). Regression analysis was applied to the valuation dates. The
variables plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves in Tabebuia aurea
Mart. plants, as well as biological activity (MDI) and homogeneity responded significantly
between irrigation treatments (with and without) in the presence or not from
the particle film. The calcium oxide particle film in the leaves of Tabebuia
aurea Mart. it acts as a mitigating agent for the effects of the stresses
caused by water and light restriction, as well as the plants of Tabebuia aurea
Mart.under water restriction manage to continue with their stable biological
activities. The Biospeckle technique proved to be efficient to characterize
variations in biological activity and homogeneity in the leaves of Tabebuia
aurea Mart.
