Neste contexto, o presente trabalho surgiu a
The Teaching of Physics in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, linked
to teaching and learning, is one of the major problems faced by Educational
Institutions. It can be seen that the pandemic brought about a loss of
students, generating social and economic waste, as resources were invested
without proper return to the educational system, thus generating learning
poverty. The teaching of exact sciences suffered a lot from the pandemic,
including the teaching of Physics. In this context, the present work emerged
from a concern of this author when realizing the current educational system,
where there was a great change in the way of teaching. Thus, considering this
reality, the motivation to research the methodological tools and teaching methodologies
adopted by teachers during the process emerged. The work aims to analyze and
discuss the dimensions and implications of Physics Education in the context of
the COVID-19 pandemic, through the use of Digital Technologies of Information
and Communication, the TDICs. This research was divided into two stages. The
first moment consisted of a documentary and bibliographic research, and an
approach to some concepts of Physics. The second moment deals with how teachers
could make use of TDICs in their classes, such as proposed activities with
computer simulations, simulators developed by the PhET (Physics Education
Technology) group, available at [https://phet. colorado.edu].
