The business plan is a fundamental tool in
the process of opening a new company, from it, will be possible to identify and
project the marketing, operational and financial aspects of the business This
work aims to present a business plan that aims to expose the planning of
actions and feasibility of opening “ChurrasPão”, a snack bar specialized in
snacks made with barbecue meats, to be opened in the municipality of Arapiraca,
AL. The research used has a qualitative and quantitative classification and
used primary research methods, with market research and secondary research,
with bibliographic research. For data collection, a survey was carried out through
a questionnaire containing 11 questions, answered by 377 economically active residents
of Arapiraca. The information collected served as a basis for the elaboration
of the business plan, which was developed through the free software “PNBOX - O
Plano de Negócios do Sebrae”. During the work, the business idea and the
activities to be developed for its implementation, as well as its feasibility.
