Assistência do/a enfermeiro/a à saúde da população LGBT+ na Estratégia da Saúde da Família (ESF): uma revisão integrativa

Conhecer o processo histórico de saúde da população LGBT+ e discutir as políticas públicas voltadas a estes sujeitos, no Brasil, é algo desafiador e complexo, devido ao impacto das opressões e violências institucionalizadas no Estado, o qual só garante direito àqueles que se encontram inscritos num prisma binário e heteronormativo de gênero e sexualidade. O despreparo dos serviços de saúde, e neles contidos os profissionais de saúde, para acolher/atender essa parte da sociedade tem sido um dos desafios do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no cumprimento dos seus princípios de universalidade e equidade. O objeto deste estudo é a assistência à saúde da população LGBT+ prestado pela enfermeira da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Com isso, o objetivo do estudo consiste em analisar, a partir da literatura, a assistência prestada pela enfermeira da atenção primária a saúde à população LGBT+, segundo a Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Saúde LGBT+. O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, que consiste na análise e síntese de literatura sobre abordagem temática, possibilitando discernimento amplo sobre dado objeto, no qual concede a integração das evidências de saúde anteriores. A partir disso, o estudo seguiu com a elaboração da estratégia de busca “(Enfermeira OR Enfermagem) AND (Minorias Sexuais OR Gênero) AND (Atenção Primária OR Atenção Básica)” nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), que incorpora as bases de dados Literatura Latino- Americano e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo). Como resultado das buscas, obteve-se o número de 286 estudos, os quais foram submetidos a leitura inicial de título e resumo, sendo analisados quanto aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Após esta fase, seguiram-se 15 estudos para leitura na íntegra, o que repercutiu na exclusão de mais 11 estudos, restando 4 estudos para compor o corpus da revisão. A partir da análise dos estudos selecionados, pode-se perceber que a estigmatização dos sujeitos LGBT+, bem como o despreparo dos profissionais em atender as demandas específicas dessa população, contribuíram com a dificuldade no acesso desses sujeitos à saúde. Portanto, revelou-se necessário a aprimoração dos estudos que versem sobre o atendimento de enfermagem à população LGBT+ na atenção primária a saúde, tendo em vista a sua relevância na promoção de saúde, prevenção de agravos e tratamento de enfermidades.

Knowing the historical health process of the LGBT+ population and discussing public policies aimed at these subjects in Brazil is something challenging and complex, due to the impact of institutionalized oppressions and violence in the State, which only guarantees right to those who are inscribed in a binary and heteronormative prism of gender and sexuality. The unpreparedness of health services, and health professionals contained in them, to welcome/serve this part of society has been one of the challenges of the Unified Health System (SUS) in fulfilling its principles of universality and equity. The object of this study is the health care of the LGBT+ population provided by the Nurses of the Family Health Strategy. Thus, the objective of the study is to analyze, from the literature, the assistance provided by the nurse of the Family Health Strategy to the LGBT+ population, according to the National Comprehensive Health Policy of LGBT+ Health. The present study is an integrative literature review, with a qualitative approach, which consists of the analysis and synthesis of literature on thematic approach, enabling broad discernment on a given object, in which it grants the integration of previous health evidence. From this, the study followed with the elaboration of the search strategy “(Nurse OR Nursing) AND (Sexual Minorities OR Gender) AND (Primary Care OR Primary Care)” in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) databases, which incorporates the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) databases And Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo). As a result of the searches, the number of 286 studies was obtained, which were submitted to initial reading of title and abstract, being analyzed for the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After this phase, 15 studies followed for reading in full, which resulted in the exclusion of 11 more studies, leaving 4 studies to compose the corpus of the review. From the analysis of the selected studies, it can be seen that the stigmatization of LGBT+ subjects, as well as the unpreparedness of professionals in meeting the specific demands of this population, contributed to the difficulty in accessing these subjects to health. Therefore, it was necessary to improve the studies that deal with nursing care to the LGBT+ population in the Family Health Strategy, in view of its relevance in health promotion, prevention of diseases and treatment of diseases.
