Arte mural: exemplos de melhorias na experiência da cidade através da produção artística

O presente estudo pretende averiguar o impacto gerado por intervenções artísticas, mais especificamente as pinturas murais, e o seu potencial no auxílio da transformação ou revitalização de um espaço urbano. O objetivo é compreender se esta influência acontece de maneira positiva para as pessoas e para o lugar, por meio da análise de exemplos que trouxeram melhorias na experiência da cidade através de produções de pinturas parietais. O trabalho pretende elucidar o entendimento do que poderia ser criação artística, em sentido amplo, com o enfoque sobre a acessibilidade do significado intrínseco à obra de arte, pois esta é uma característica necessária em obras murais. Também será importante entender como ocorrem os processos perceptivos do ser humano em relação ao mundo a sua volta, para, então, compreender o motivo pelo qual a faculdade do gosto por expressões artísticas pode ser semelhante no interior dos seres humanos, já que essas atividades acontecem a partir dos mesmos princípios funcionais. Em seguida, discorrer-se-á acerca de como o muralismo remodelou-se ao longo dos anos, bem como se deu surgimento, além dos principais artistas de cada época e qual a função por trás deste tipo de manifestação artística. Por fim, serão trazidos e analisados alguns exemplos práticos de como a arte mural modificou o lugar ao qual foi incorporada. Serão trazidos um recorte de espaço, com várias intervenções, e duas obras isoladas: o Beco do Batman, a obra O Beijo, de Eduardo Kobra, e, em contexto local, a obra realizada em homenagem ao músico Djavan no bairro histórico do Jaraguá, Maceió, pelo muralista e arquiteto Rafael Santos. 

The present study intends to investigate the impact generated by artistic interventions, more specifically wall paintings, and their potential in helping to transform or revitalize an urban space. The objective is to understand if this influence happens in a positive way for people and for the place, through the analysis of examples that brought improvements in the experience of the city through productions of wall paintings. The work intends to elucidate the understanding of what could be na artistic creation, in a broad sense, with a focus on the accessibility of the intrinsic meaning to the work of art, as this is a necessary characteristic in mural works. It will also be important to understand how the perceptual processes of human beings in relation to the world around them occur, in order to understand the reason why the faculty of taste for artistic expressions can be similar within human beings, since these activities take place based on the same functional principles. Then, it will discuss how muralism has been remodeled over the years, as well as how it emerged, in addition to the main artists of each era and what is the function behind this type of artistic manifestation. Finally, some practical examples of how mural art has changed the place to which it was incorporated will be brought and analyzed. A space clipping will be presented, with several interventions, and two isolated works: Beco do Batman, the work O Beijo, by Eduardo Kobra, and, in a local context, the work carried out in homage to the musician Djavan in the historic district of Jaraguá, Maceió, by muralist and architect Rafael Santos.
