SUÍZOO: Formulação de Ração para Suínos

Objetivou-se desenvolver um sistema de formulação de ração para suínos, chama- do SUÍZOO: Formulador de Ração para Suínos, no Software Excel® utilizando o Suplemento Solver. Na configuração do Suplemento Solver foram estabelecidos os três elementos funda- mentais para a resolução de problema de programação linear: a função objetivo (que objetivará a minimização do custo do quilo da ração), as variáveis de decisão (que serão as incógnitas a serem definidas na resolução do problema, ou seja, a quantidade em quilos de cada ingrediente que irá compor a ração formulada) e as restrições (que limitam os valores das variáveis de decisão). As informações de exigências nutricionais e composição dos alimentos foram obtidas das Tabelas Brasileiras Para Aves e Suínos (2024). Com o SUÍZOO é possível formular dietas complexas e balanceadas para suínos nas diferentes fases de sua vida, atendendo as exigências energéticas e nutricionais, além da possibilidade de delimitar a inclusão de alguns nutrientes ou ingredientes da dieta. Ainda, é possível escolher os ingredientes de acordo com o melhor custo: benefício, proporcionando dietas com custo mínimo. O programa gera resultados baseados em algoritmos matemáticos (programação linear), sendo assim, o profissional zootecnista é fundamental para a correta interpretação da dieta formulada, pois detém o conhecimento técnico para a escolha dos ingredientes e o olhar crítico para interpretar os números gerados na formulação. Conclui-se que com o formulador de ração para suínos (SUÍZOO: Formulador de Ração para Suínos) é possível formular rações balanceadas para suínos nas diferentes fases de vida, atendendo suas exigências nutricionais e possibilitando adequações nutricionais de acordo com cada granja.

The objective was to develop a pig feed formulation system, called SUÍZOO: Pig Feed Formulator, in Excel® Software using the Solver Add-in. In the Solver Add-in configuration, the three fundamental elements for solving a linear programming problem were established: the objective function (which will aim to minimize the cost per kilo of feed), the decision variables (which will be the unknowns to be defined in solving the problem, that is, the quantity in kilos of each ingredient that will make up the formulated feed) and the restrictions (which limit the values of the decision variables). Information on nutritional requirements and feed composition were obtained from the Brazilian Tables for Poultry and Swine (2024). With SUÍZOO, it is possible to formulate complex and balanced diets for pigs in the different stages of their life, meeting their energy and nutritional requirements, in addition to the possibility of limiting the inclusion of some nutrients or ingredients in the diet. Furthermore, it is possible to choose the ingredients according to the best cost:benefit, providing diets with minimum cost. The program generates results based on mathematical algorithms (linear programming), therefore, the zootechnicianprofessional is essential for the correct interpretation of the formulated diet, as he has the technical knowledge to choose the ingredients and the critical eye to interpret the numbers generated in the formulation. It is concluded that with the pig feed formulator (SUÍZOO: Pig Feed Formulator) it is possible to formulate balanced rati-ons for pigs in the different stages of life, meeting their nutritional requirements and enabling nutritional adjustments according to each farm.
