Análise das funções retóricas na parábola bíblica "O Semeador"

Este trabalho trata das funções retóricas na parábola “O Semeador” com o objetivo de analisar as estratégias retóricas utilizadas nesta parábola para persuadir o auditório. O estudo fundamenta-se em autores como Reboul (2004), Melo (2009), Abreu (2015), Aristóteles (2001), entre outros. A retórica é compreendida, segundo Reboul (2004), como a arte de persuadir pelo discurso e possui quatro funções, quais sejam: persuasiva, hermenêutica, heurística e pedagógica. A abordagem metodológica adotada é a qualitativa, conforme Paiva (2021), do tipo interpretativista. O corpus é composto pela parábola bíblica O semeador. O estudo reside na contribuição para a compreensão de como as funções retóricas, no texto em contexto bíblico e religioso, se efetivam para a construção do sentido persuasivo bem como qual ou quais das referidas funções são mais recorrentes. Por fim, a análise da pesquisa demonstrou que a parábola não apenas transmite ensinamentos religiosos, mas também opera como um discurso persuasivo que envolve o ouvinte em um processo de interpretação e reflexão.

This work deals with the rhetorical functions in the parable “the sower” with the aim of analyzing to persuade the audience. The study is based on authors such as Reboul (2004), Melo (2009), Abreu (2015), Aristóteles (2001), among others. Rhetoric is understood, according to Reboul (2004), as the art of persuading through discouse and has four functions, namely: persuasive, hermeneutic, heuristic, and pedagogical. The methodological approach adopted is qualitative, according to Paiva (2021), of the interpretative type. The corpus is composed of the biblical parable the sower. The study lies in contributing to the understanding of how rhetorical functions, in the context of biblical and religious texts , are realized for the construction of persuasive meaning , as well as which of these functions are more recurrent. Finally, the analysis of the research demonstrated that the parable not only conveys religious teachings but also operates as a persuasive discourse that engages the listener in a processo of interpretation and reflection.
